INJURED DAVID BECKHAM is on the bench - well, a chair to be precise - as he eats out with his family at Subway.
The soccer hero checked his phone as he sat with VICTORIA, 36, and sons BROOKLYN, 11, ROMEO, seven, and CRUZ, five, in Beverly Hills, USA.

Sporting a cap, baggy jogging bottoms and torquoise and yellow trainers, the England and LA Galaxy star wasn't his usual trendy self.

But Becks, 35, played the perfect dad as he took his boys to a sports shop.

Perhaps he was after new kit.

It seems like Romeo was holding a Basketball Trophy there while they were crossing the road. Maybe they were all out celebrating Romeo's basketball gameday or something - like any other family do!

The price of fame,they cant even take the kids out for lunch,with out someone sticking a camera in your face,that must get to you.lol.

The only thing that bothers me is manners. Why have they allowed their son to put his feet on the chair. I do not care what age he is others will be sitting on that.

I see the I-Hate-Beckham Brigade is out in force again. What sad lives you must lead, moaning about the "manners" of his son with his feet on the chair (like all other kids do), or about them looking "miserable". It's a photo and we all know how looks can change within split-seconds when a camera is involved. Are they supposed to grin throughout a meal? I can't remember when I last ceaselessly grinned whilst eating at Subway, can you?
The man has done more for England than the majority of us have, including myself, and it's beside the point that he has earned millions in doing so. I admire him for his achievements and can only conclude that those hating him are just plain jealous.

i am most definately not a Beckham hater and most kids do not put their feet on the chairs in restaurants. I would never have allowed my children to put their feet anywhere but on the floor. Legs should always dangle at the table. It is annoying to have to go in and sit on a chair when someone has had their feet on them. In this instance the shoes are not muddy but it is rude all the same.

Yeah get your feet of the seats its just so rude. Instead should move back to England and go out and get drunk and disorderly every weekend like the English youth of today.

...............get a life..............................concentrate where you put your own feet.

Looks like it's the misserable table if you look at there faces. They have all the money they need and still they don't look happy. Sad couple .

In the 2nd photo David can bee seen jaywalking (not crossing at a cross-walk) with his kids, that's illegal in LA and much more serious than feet on seats.

In California I heard they are passing a paparazzi law I just do not get the idea of taking pictures of family outings, good God give them some peace. Yes they are celebrities but there must be some guidelines and rules to this.
On the the pitch at events go for it -but with family no !
I for one if I do see celebrities do not go with my camera or ask for an autograph I just feel it is their downtime let them be.
