CHERYL COLE's first single from her upcoming second album is a track called Promise This.
I'm yet to hear it but the savvy star has made all the right moves for it to be a hit.

Knob-twiddler WAYNE WILKINS, who produced Cheryl's No1-selling debut solo single Fight For This Love last year, is behind the new release.

And the video, scheduled to be filmed later this week, is with major director SOPHIE MULLER, who has the likes of BEYONCE, COLDPLAY, GWEN STEFANI and KINGS OF LEON on her CV.

Since recovering from malaria, Cheryl has been working flat out on the follow-up album to her chart-topping debut 3 Words.

The title is yet to be confirmed but the new material will be released next month.

X Factor judge Cheryl is pictured in Los Angeles heading to a studio, where she spent four hours rehearsing.

The girl's a grafter.

I dont believe Cheryl had a deadly form of malaria. Probably just a weak mild case of it. Otherwise she wouldnt of been able to return to work so soon and be up and about constantly. Cor shes milked every situation she has had.

So Wayne Wilkins has produced the song, Sophie Muller is directing the video, and I'm pretty certain that someone has written the song for her, yet 'the girl's a grafter'??? For doing what???

I didnt know she had had malaria she kept that Quiet. If the CD is a flop it will be blamed on her health etc.

The new single and album will both be hits and be even better than her first album. She is working with people that have worked with a lot of big names and know how to make good songs and videos. The single and album will be released during the time Cheryl is on The X Factor and that will make people want to hear it. She should do another performance on The X Factor to promote it then it will be number 1.

whateva u think of her singing talent the girl really IS a grafter - she works hard, and what she lacks in tuning she makes up for with effort

Honestly, you have to laugh out loud when reading about her success as a singer. She has one of the worst and weakest voices in the industry, and that is quite a claim. I kid you not.
